betpk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits are credited to your betpk33 Account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. betpk33 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. betpk33 aims to process approved withdrawals within three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to betpk33's AML obligations.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on betpk33 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). betpk33 does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency.

Upon termination for cause, betpk33 may forfeit any Account balance where permitted by applicable law and these Terms. Upon termination not for cause, betpk33 will return any verified Account balance to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting betpk33 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
